I will provide you with a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental space to reflect and explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours whilst feeling heard and understood. Experiencing a supportive, non-judgement environment in which you will be given time and space to understand your situation can lead to a positive change in your life.
